The modern ballroom offers 395 square metres of modern pillarless space with floor to ceiling windows, 4m high ceilings, and balcony terraces. In its entirety, the ballroom can seat 500 theatre style or 270 banquet style. Alternatively, it can be divided into three smaller rooms. Technical capabilities are superior with three 6-foot drop-down screens, black out curtains, in-built data cabling, wireless internet and touch temperature control.
The ballroom offers a contemporary lobby area with a gracious staircase, dramatic chandelier and art deco mirrors. It offers the added feature of direct lift access from the four levels of underground car parking making it ideal for trade set ups and for ease of guest access. CHlLL Restaurant & Bar is located directly beneath the ballroom, offering the convenience of an on-site pre or post function venue.
The elegant chandelier adorned Marquee is a permanent structure that feels close to the outdoors yet perfect for events and trade shows year round. The fully airconditioned marquee offers natural light and can hold up to 400 people for a cocktail function or 240 for a banquet or working lunch. Ample pre function space is available in the adjoining courtyard, East Wing lobby or New York room.
Located next to the Marquee and East Wing, the New York room offers an L shape venue, ideal for conferences or banquet functions with ample space for catering or a casual arrival lounge area. Capable of seating 180 theatre style and 150 guests banquet style.
Adjacent to the hotel lobby, the East Wing offers floor to ceiling windows in a modern and flexible venue. Capable of accommodating 200 delegates theatre style or 150 banquet style. The room can be split into three smaller breakout rooms known as the Beijing, Dubai and Vienna rooms. Each room has touch temperate control, blackout blinds, in-built screens and wireless internet. The East Wing offers an expansive lobby area with and abundance of natural light overlooking the Marquee courtyard.
Located @ 205 Event Centre nearby the conference gardens, the Paris and London rooms offer natural light and can be joined together to accommodate 180 guests theatre style or 200 guests cocktail style. Individually the Paris room can accommodate 20 guests U-shape or 40 cabaret and the London room can accommodate 100 cocktail style or 40 U-shape. The two lobby areas are available at either side of the event centre.
Located at 205 Event Centre nearby the courtyard and conference gardens, the Vancouver room is on level one, accessible only by stairs. The Vancouver room is a rectangular shaped room with natural light to accommodate 40 guests theatre style or 62 cabaret.
Located at 205 Event Centre, the United Nations room is a tiered theatrette with fold down desks to accommodate 100 guests. This room offers excellent acoustics and a built-in screen, making it ideal for presentations and lectures.
Located at 205 Event Centre overlooking the conference gardens and adjoining a lobby area, the Manhattan room can seat 30 gusts U-shape and 50 guests banquet style.
Located at 205 Event Centre adjacent to JD’s Diner & Bar is the informal and fully covered Poolside Terrace. Ideal in the warmer months for a casual working luncheon or barbeque dinner to seat 80 guests or 120 gusts cocktail style.
The Conference Garden is a relaxing 175 square metre lawn area with a tranquil garden surrounding the 205 Event Centre ideal for wedding ceremonies or team building activities.
